Cooperative Values
These form an important role in strengthening our school ethos and our links with the local community. The Cooperative values closely match the British Values such as ‘mutual understanding and respect’ and equality and promote values of democracy, respect and tolerance for all races, cultures, faiths and beliefs. Our students study these values within the Personal Development curriculum, across subjects and are embedded throughout school life including PSHRE activities, assemblies, Deep Learning Days and provide students with opportunities to be rewarded by being able to demonstrate these values.

Self-responsibility
We take responsibility for, and answer to our actions.
-
Equality
We ensure that every individual has an equal opportunity to make the most of their lives and talents.
-
Solidarity
We share common interests and goals with every member of our school community.
-
Democracy
We enable every member of our school community to have their say in the way we run our school.
-
Equity
We treat people with kindness, honesty and integrity.
These values closely match our own school values and wider British Values.
