Whalley Range is a popular and oversubscribed school and continues to be a very high performing girls’ high school. We work together with families, our local community, business partners and local universities to enhance our students’ education.
Our policies aim to provide parents/careers, staff, and students with clear information about the organisation and ethos of Whalley Range 11-18 High School. These policies help us to work together to do the best for those in our care.
Pupil Premium funding is given to public schools in England to spend on raising the attainment of disadvantaged students. Schools with a Year 7 cohort also receive a Literacy and Numeracy Catch-up Premium to spend on supporting students who have not achieved at least a level 4 in reading and/or maths at Key Stage 2.
Our SEND Report provides information for parents/carers of children who have Special Educational Needs and Disabilities, and all those who support children with additional needs.
