Black History Month: ‘Celebrating Excellence’ with MU Foundation

As part of Black History Month 2023, MU Foundation hosted a ‘Celebrating Excellence’ event, which provided students from across the Foundation’s partner schools with the opportunity to engage with BAME (Black, Asian, and Minority Ethnic) professionals from a variety of sectors.

Black History Month at MUFC

As a follow-up to Black History Month, artists, YouTubers, fashion designers and representatives of other industries from the black community, passed on their careers advice and words of wisdom to the young people during a collaborative Manchester United Foundation and Nusole event.

MU Foundation – A Data Protection Update

Our school is partnering with Manchester United Foundation. The Foundation is a charitable organisation that works with us to deliver motivational and inspiring projects to our pupils, with the goal of helping them reach their full potential.

Unified Football Competition

In association with Manchester United Foundation, pupils from Whalley Range 11-18 High School and Levenshulme High School attended a Unified Football tournament held at Manchester Uniteds’ AON Training Centre.

Next Move NHS Careers Event

Pupils from Levenshulme and Whalley Range enjoyed a careers event at Old Trafford, which showcased the variety of professions available in the NHS.

Players and Students Celebrate MU Foundation Work

On 8th February 2017 students from Whalley Range 11-18 High School joined other local schools, and the Manchester United first-team squad, to celebrate the work of Manchester United Foundation in the local community.
