If you are reporting a student absence you MUST phone the school on 0161 860 2999.

Good attendance is essential for your child’s progress and success in school. Our aim is for all students to achieve 98% attendance or above. Students with attendance:

  • Above 95% attendance = Average Grade 6
  • 95% to 92.5% attendance = Average Grade 5
  • 92.5% to 90% attendance = Average Grade 4
  • Below 90% attendance = Average Grade 3

Attending every day helps students stay on track, feel confident, and achieve their best.
