Starling

Support for young people who are neurodivergent.

Starling, a Greater Manchester charity, offers creative wellbeing groups for neurodivergent young people aged 10–17, with or without a diagnosis. They offer supportive groups with activities and conversations shaped by young people, helping them make friends, build confidence, and find ways to look after their wellbeing.

Starling creates safe, inclusive spaces where neurodivergent young people can feel accepted, supported, and proud of who they are. Their groups and workshops provide opportunities to build confidence, wellbeing, and friendships, while connecting with other young people who may have similar experiences.

Their mission is to help young people ‘find their flock’ and thrive with confidence.

Many of our team are neurodivergent too, creating accepting spaces where young people feel understood, supported, and able to be themselves. Drop in to one of our sessions to see what Starling has to offer.
