GCSE Results
We are delighted to share that our students have achieved excellent results, maintaining last year’s highest ever attainment. Their dedication and hard work have truly paid off, and we couldn’t be prouder of their accomplishments.

Key Figures
- Attainment 8 score: 52.01
- Percentage of pupils achieving a grade 5 or above in GCSE English and GCSE maths – 52%
- EBacc average point score (APS) – 4.94
- Percentage of students entered for the EBACC: 70.3%
- EBACC 9-5 – 37.1% and EBACC 9-4: 47.3%
- GCSE English – 33.2% of students achieved a grade 9-7, 73.8% of students achieved a grade 9-5 and 85.9% of students achieved a grade 9-4
- GCSE Maths – 19.1% of students achieved a grade 9-7, 54.7% of students achieved a grade 9-5 and 66.4% of students achieved a grade 9-4
- GCSE Science – 24.9% of students achieved a grade 9-7, 55.2% of students achieved a grade 9-5 and 67.9% of students achieved a grade 9-4
- 161 grade 9s (or equivalent) have been achieved across a wide range of subjects
- 21.9% achieved 5 or more 9-7 grades and 12.5% students achieved 8 9-7 grades
Sixth Form Results Day 2026 (A Level and Level 3 BTEC)
We are incredibly proud of our students’ achievements at Key Stage 5. Their exceptional results across both A Levels and Advanced BTEC courses reflect their hard work, resilience, and dedication. Many are now progressing to a wide variety of university degrees and apprenticeship opportunities, and we wish each of them every success as they embark on the next exciting chapter of their academic and professional journeys.
Key Figures
- The overall Level 3 pass rate is 99.2%, with the BTEC Level 3 pass rate being 100% and the A Level pass rate being 97.7%. The average grade for BTEC Level 3 was a Distinction
- 22% of all students gained at least one A*/A grade (or equivalent) across a range of subjects
- 69% of all students gained at least one A*/B grade (or equivalent) across a range of subjects
- 97% of all students gained at least one A*/C grade (or equivalent) across a range of subjects
- We are pleased that there was a strong performance in the following A Level subjects where more than 20% of students achieved grades B or above: Arabic (100%), Urdu (100%), English Language (60%), History (50%), Physics (50%), Geography (50%), Sociology (47%), Maths (40%), Business Studies (38%), Biology (27%), Psychology (25%), and Chemistry (24%)
- Students also achieved excellent results in our vocational courses, with students achieving a Distinction or above in: BTEC Level 3 Diploma in Business (59%), Health and Social Care (90%), Applied Science (67%), and Extended Certificate in Business (100%)
- 50% of students who also opted to complete the Extended Project Qualification achieved above a grade B
Level 2 BTEC & GCSE Results Day Arrangements – 20th August
You will be able to come in and collect Level 2 BTEC & GCSE results between 9am – 11am on Thursday 20th August. You will need to enter through Student Services and collect your results in the dining room.
All students will have their results emailed to their school email address from 9am.
Sixth Form Enrolment
Sixth Form enrolment will take place in the Bistro on Thursday 20th August between 9am and 1pm and Friday 21st August between 10am and 1pm.
Remember that we are an oversubscribed Sixth Form and offer out more places than we have, so you need to enrol as soon as you receive your results on the Thursday 20th August to secure your place on the courses that you want to study. Once subjects are full, we will not be able to offer additional places but will put you on a waiting list.
If you have achieved better or worse grades than you expected, still come and speak to the enrolment team so that they can support you getting an appropriate post 16 course.
