Media Students Uncover the Magic of Harry Potter ( Published: 31/10/2023)

The highly anticipated visit was an opportunity for both the Creative iMedia and A Level Media Studies students to explore the enchanting sets and learn about the behind-the-scenes magic of one of the most beloved films in the world.

The visit to Harry Potter World in London was an unforgettable experience for the students. It provided them with a true insight into the world of film production, set design, and storytelling. They were involved in a workshop at the arrival of the majestic world of Harry Potter, whereby camera angles and techniques were highly discussed. This allowed the media students to gain an insight into how films are produced and edited, and also helped the A- level Media students to gain inspiration for when it comes to creating their Non-Exam Assessments.

This trip was a fantastic experience as we got to see the behind the scenes of the Harry Potter movies, which gave us an insight as to how media producers work and helped me in my studies.
