Year 10 Subject Parents’/Carers’ Evening ( Published: 01/05/2025)
The Year 10 Subject Parents’ Evening is an opportunity for you and your child to meet with all of your child’s subject teachers individually, to review progress and projected attainment. We value our partnership with parents and carers and meeting with you will help to support your child in achieving their full potential. You will be able to discuss your child’s achievements to date and discuss any concerns. It is very important that you attend the evening in order to support your child to prepare for their GCSE examinations.
You will need to book your 5-minute slots to see each subject teacher through our online booking system, School Cloud. Simply follow the instructions on this page to get started. Please ensure that only one parent books the appointments for the evening to avoid duplicated appointments. If you require help to make your appointments, please call Miss Meredith at Student Services on 0161 861 9727. Please ensure that you have made your bookings by Friday 16th May 2025.
Due to the number of appointment slots, please book your times as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.
On arrival, please come to the Student Services Entrance where you will be signed in and directed to the appropriate area. Upon arrival, you will be able to collect a copy of your appointments for the evening.
During the evening, we would like to invite you to a short presentation covering key information regarding the expectations for the PPE exams, including how your child can best prepare, and we will also highlight important dates and events as we move toward the latter part of the school year and into Year 11 with college applications.
It is very important that you attend the evening. We value our partnership with parents and carers and talking with you will help to ensure your child achieves their full potential.
If you have any difficulties in attending the evening, please let us know. We look forward to meeting you on Tuesday 20th May 2025.
