Congratulations to the following students who won their respective year groups:
- Year 7 – Imaan
- Year 8 – Juliette, Maria and Amna
- Year 9 – Zainab and Alaa
- Year 10 – Rabia and Hafswa
- Year 11 – Eryn and Fatimah
We received some absolutely incredible pieces and everyone who entered should feel very proud of themselves. The winning entries have been used to create a creative writing anthology, which we hope you will enjoy reading!
My favourite thing about judging the competition was the diverse array of responses, given that you all started with the same stimulus. This goes to show how powerful, transformative and individual creative writing can be!
