- Computer systems 01 written exam paper – 40% of the total qualification
- Algorithms and programming 02 written exam paper – 40% of the total qualification
- Programming project 03 practical task– 20% of the total qualification
What Could I Do Next?
There are a range of higher education courses as Computing BSc Hons, Information technology, Computing and information systems, Computer animation and visual effects, Computer games development, Digital marketing, Digital and Technology solutions and Digital media and communications.
All of the above courses could lead onto a range of careers from software engineering, software development, programming/coding, IT security management & Teaching and lecturing.
Subject Specific Entry Requirements
Grade 5 in Maths would be beneficial but not essential.
