WJEC Advanced Vocational Criminology is a qualification with elements of psychology, law and sociology that complements studies in humanities. The course has been designed to offer exciting and interesting experiences that focus learning for students through applied learning i.e. through the acquisition of knowledge and understanding in purposeful contexts linked to the criminal justice system.
How Will I Be Assessed?
Assessment is through a mixture of coursework and exams.
What Could I Do Next?
Students who complete this course can move on to study a range of degrees at university e.g. Criminology, Psychology or Sociology and is relevant to many job roles within the criminal justice sector, social and probation work.
