Fundraising in the Bag for St Ann’s Hospice ( Published: 23/01/2017)

Students and staff from Whalley Range 11-18 High School raised a fantastic £784.41 by bag-packing at Morrisons supermarket in Chorlton-cum-Hardy.

Students picked a two hour slot between the times of 10.00am and 4.00pm and we’re grateful that they were able to take time out of their own weekend to help us raise vital funds for the hospice.

Mr Mustafa, trip co-coordinator, said:

It was an enjoyable experience working with the local community, which allowed our students to raise a fantastic amount of money, which will help towards a great cause.

Congratulations to both the students and staff on their brilliant efforts. You can find out more about the work of St Ann’s Hospice on their website.
