Executive Headteacher shortlisted for International Women’s Day Award ( Published: 10/03/2015)

We’re pleased to announce that Ms Patsy Kane OBE MA, Executive Headteacher (Sep 2014 – Aug 2019) was shortlisted for the Manchester City Council ‘Margaret Ashton Women’s Recognition Award’ as part of International Women’s Day 2015.

International Women’s Day recognises women’s achievements and highlights the continued struggle for equal rights and equality for women. As the birthplace of women’s suffrage in the UK, Manchester has always been at the heart of the women’s movement. We’ve been celebrating International Women’s Day for more than 25 years.

Ms Patsy Kane OBE MA, Executive Headteacher (Sep 2014 – Aug 2019), was delighted with the nomination:
