CEIAG COVID Update ( Published: 27/01/2021)

Due to the ongoing pandemic, our planned CEIAG activities have been adjusted to reflect the current climate. Read about them here.

In order to provide students with opportunities to continue engaging with their career’s education, we’re now offering the following virtual experiences:

  • Telephone guidance appointments with our qualified careers advisors
  • Virtual Work Experience for Year 10 and 12 in July 2021 in conjunction with Our Futures
  • A range of virtual talks across different subjects
  • A Virtual Sixth Form Careers Fair featuring talks on Medicine, Law and Business
  • A range of teacher led sessions on the innovate careers platform, Start
  • Virtual presentations on National Apprenticeship Week delivered by the Greater Manchester Learning Provider Network
  • A digital experience day for selected Year 9 students as part of Manchester Digital Skills Festival
  • A number of exciting opportunities on National Careers Week, including attendance at their virtual careers fair
